All content—including brand logos, garment designs, imagery, text, lookbooks, and site code—is the intellectual property of Marovia House of Fashion protected under Indian and International laws.
2. Handcrafted Variations
Because our garments feature authentic hand embroidery, zari work, and handloom weaving, subtle variations in thread color or weave texture are natural characteristics of luxury apparel.
3. Product Pricing & Taxes
All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Order placement does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
