Cancellation & Refund Policy

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement or prior to dispatch by emailing hello@marovia.com. Made-to-order piece cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours.
2. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
Ready-to-wear garments (Sarees, Suits, Kurtas, Dresses) are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original security tags intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized fits, altered garments, bridal couture, and jewelry accessories are final sale due to hygiene and bespoke tailoring.
4. Refund Processing
Once returned items pass QC inspection, refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days. COD refunds are sent via Bank NEFT/IMPS or store credit.
5. Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, please send unboxing photos/video within 48 hours to hello@marovia.com for an immediate free replacement.
