We offer Pan-India express delivery and insured international shipping through top logistics partners.
1. Domestic Delivery (India)
Free shipping across India on orders of ₹5,000 and above. Orders below ₹5,000 carry a flat ₹49 shipping fee. Ready-to-wear garments dispatch within 24-48 hours and deliver within 2 to 4 metro business days.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for over 18,000 pincodes across India up to an order value of ₹15,000. Phone verification is conducted prior to dispatch.
3. Made-to-Order & Couture
Custom apparel and bridal ensemble orders take 3 to 6 weeks for tailoring, hand-embroidery, and quality inspection prior to dispatch.
4. International Shipping
Worldwide shipping via DHL Express / FedEx takes 5 to 9 business days. Destination import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, live AWB tracking links are sent via Email and SMS, and accessible on our website track page.
